Brew Day - Imperial Porter

Brewin up an Imperial Porter today to celebrate National Beer Day that commemorates the day the 21st amendment was added to the constitution repealing the prohibition. Been a while since I blogged but it's a bit easier from my phone. It's comin to a boil right now. Here's the recipe:

13 lbs 2 Row
2 lbs Pale Chocolate
2.5 lbs Munich
.5 lb crystal 40
1 lb crystal 120
1 lb crystal 60
.5 lb biscuit

Couldn't find the brown malt so that's what the biscuit and some crystal 60 is for.

1oz Magnum hops @ 60min
.5 oz of EKG @ 10

Mash at 154. Ferment with pacific ale yeast.
